Alison assists with the planning and coordination of IOG Learning – qualification and training programmes. Her role is to increase member engagement and satisfaction in ways that supports acquisition and retention growth in both membership and learning income. Deliver excellent customer service to enquirers and customers of IOG training and education courses and on-line modules. Conduct excellent pre, and post sales communications and processes and ensure that the classroom/online learning experience provides effective learning opportunities to encourage repeat purchase and engagement. Alison also provides general administrative support.
