The IOG’s Annual General Meeting will be held at The Hilton Hotel, St George’s Park Football Centre, Burton upon Trent on Wednesday 20th September 2017. The AGM will start at 12:00 lunchtime and is followed by a buffet lunch. In addition we have reserved a limited number of places for a tour of the St George’s Park facilities,
The site is home to all 24 England teams as they train ahead of international fixtures. Whilst touring you’ll learn about the history and heritage of the site that St. George’s Park was built on, which dates back to the 13th Century.
Throughout your guided tour you’ll see elite outdoor pitches including the Elite Desso Wembley replica pitch, as well as the Sir Alf Ramsey indoor 3G pitch that has been built to a FIFA 2 star standard meaning that professional games can be played on it.
You will also see other areas of the Football Centre including the multi-sport indoor hall that is used for Futsal and a pitch for the partially-sighted, elite changing room, autograph wall, areas of the hotel where the teams stay, plus much more.
The tour will start at 2:00pm and last approximately 1 hour. As stated the site does limit the numbers for each tour therefore places will be subject to availability so you must register yourself for the AGM and tour as soon as possible.
