To follow are case studies focussing on initiatives run by the IOG for 14-16 year old students.
Initiative 1:
Pathfinder Project - Nottingham
The Pathfinder project in Nottingham, a curriculum-based scheme for 14-16 year olds considering their future career paths, has developed positively over the last 12 months.
The government funded initiative was piloted by Nottingham LEA and Nottingham City Council, with the support of the IOG in 2004 and due to its success and demand from other LEA’s it is now expanding into other counties.
