The Institute of Groundsmanship, in conjunction with the Lawn Tennis Association and the All England lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, have developed a structured programme of courses and seminars for tennis groundsmen, with the aim of raising the standard of grass and clay tennis courts.

These development opportunities have been subsidised by the Lawn Tennis Association and the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
