“Dare to lose to win”…. Are you a truly professional Groundsman?  Would you like to become one?

Are you prepared to push the boundaries and challenge your professional perception?

Have fun developing the tools to influence and achieve your goals more effectively and enjoyably!

The Institute of Groundsmanship, in conjunction with Davo Ruthven-Stewart, have developed together a programme of Management training courses for you to improve your professional skills.

What you are going to gain from the course programme?

  • Why do people buy- your product, service, skill, idea, etc?  The importance of establishing peoples underlying intentions, what are they trying to achieve and how you can help them to achieve it in order to reach your own objective

  • What do people buy? -  Why do they choose to say “yes” to you?  How can you build a persuasive case and stand out from the crowd whatever your role

  • The attributes and attitudes of a professional groundsman.  What is it that makes a true professional and how could you improve your performance

  • The importance of other peoples points of view.  Explore how looking at things from a different point of view can inform how you tackle a problem and have fun doing so.

Course syllabus:

  • Improve your professional image and standing

  • Increase your options and explore the alternatives

  • Reduce frustration and develop greater awareness of your own resources

  • Save precious time getting to your goal

  • Gain fun ways to build confidence and to challenge how you do things and why you do them

The only preparation and resources you require are an open and curious mind!
