Geoff Webb

Job Title: Chief Executive

Profile: Geoff is responsible for all aspects of IOG business and is engaged in a modernisation programme and the implementation of a six-year strategy for the IOG entitled “Challenging Perceptions”. Previously employed by the Football Foundation as Head of Grass Roots in January 2001, he was then promoted to Director of Facilities and Stadia Development in January 2003, developing the grass roots facilities and football stadia grant aid programme.

Tracy Oliver

Job Title: Head of Finance & Administration

Profile: Tracy oversees the finance function, she is heavily involved in the IOG Scotsturf committee as well as all the daily administration of the IOG office including HR & IT.

Shekar Teelanah

Job Title: Business Administration Apprentice

Profile: Undertaking a Business Administration Apprenticeship with Milton Keynes College, Shekar will be working in support of all business administration aspects of the IOG.

Ian Lacy

Job Title: Head of Professional Services

Profile: Overall responsibility for the content, quality standards, implementation and continuous improvement of IOG Training Courses and Education awards. Development and coordination of professional consultancy services to underpin the IOG’s status as the industry’s expert adviser of choice. Liaison with the Head of Marketing & Events on the promotion of professional services through events and exhibitions.
