Election of National Director post in Scotland

In the early part of 2011, there will be a postal ballot for the position of National Director of Scotland. Article 10.1.11 of the Articles of Association adopted at the 2009 AGM empowered the Board of Directors to make bye-laws for the timing and manner of conducting the postal ballots required under the new structure.
