- On Saturday 7th August, Perennial warmly invites IOG members and their families to an evening at glorious Barnsdale Gardens in Oakham, Rutland, with live jazz and a hog roast.
Perennial is offering a special ticket price of £12.50 to IOG members (normally £15). IOG members are invited to arrive from 6.45. On arrival they will have their own specially reserved area in Barnsdale’s Green Room. At 7.30 the event starts – IOG members will have their own reserved area within the gardens (including a covered gazebo!). The ticket price includes all entertainment and food. There is a pay bar, with very reasonably price drinks. Tickets can be obtained from Perennial – please see the flyer for details, or call our ticket line on 0845 676 0636, quoting IOG 07/08. All proceeds from this event will benefit Perennial, the IOG’s charity partner. For those staying over, Nick Hamilton, Barnsdale’s owner and son of BBC Gardeners’ world presenter Geoff Hamilton, has offered to take guests on a personal guided tour of the gardens the following day, Sunday 8th August (am, time tbc).
