LOFA to launch green scheme
LOFA secretary Richard Plowman said three years' work had gone into the Made Aware environmental accreditation scheme, which is due to be launched at the Solex trade show in Telford on 5 July.
"It is important not be seen as greenwash. This needs to be credible. The main issue is sustainability," said Plowman.
The scheme will look at carbon footprints and sustainability. Louise Jamison is the environmental consultant.
