STMA invites academics, practitioners, commercial companies and others to share their expertise by submitting to be a presenter at the 2012 STMA Conference and Exhibition. The conference will be held in Long Beach, California from January 10-14. Presenting at the conference is a way to share research and experiences and increase visibility within the sports turf management profession. The online form may be accessed by clicking here. STMA is seeking topics on innovative technologies, success stories, case studies, university research, and compliance and advocacy.

- Organic and Synthetic Fertilizers
The Conference Education Committee completes a thorough review of each presentation in order to give equal consideration to all submissions. Presentations that are not selected are shared with SportsTurf Magazine editor Eric Schroder for possible use as an article.
Submission of all required materials through the online form must be made by the March 31, 2011 deadline. Submittals will be reviewed by the STMA Conference Education Committee by May 15, 2011. Notification of selection will be sent out between May 16 and June 1, 2011.
