On Show - Bringing Dance Together
With the summer holidays almost upon us I thought now would be a good time to contact you regarding On Show at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 25 September. The event is the climax of CCPR’s 75th anniversary celebrations and I hope that you and your organisation will want to support it – perhaps by letting your members know or by attending with friends or family.
As Chairman of the Dance & Movement Division of CCPR, I have been fortunate enough to have been involved with the staging of On Show and can say with confidence you will not see another show like it this year – 900 performers from more than 25 disciplines taking to the stage! We must have the widest range of dance and movement acts performing together on one stage for a very long time!
We have acts ranging from Street Dance to Cheerleading and from Freestyle to Ballroom! A full list of all the acts taking part and ticket details can be found at www.onshow2010.co.uk It truly is an amazing line-up. So why not join me and our host Angela Rippon on the day?
