IOG and BIGGA on the greens with Bernhard

Bernhard and Company, the Rugby-based leading manufacturer and supplier of Express Dual and Anglemaster reel mower grinders, recently staged its annual Golf Day, at Celtic Manor, to celebrate its continuing association with the industry’s leading trade bodies and its ever-evolving customer base. Whilst the day was hosted by Bernhard all guests also enjoyed a guided tour of the facilities by Jim McKenzie MBE, who earned the award by ensuring that regardless of the weather, the Ryder Cup matches were completed last October.

Included in the four-ball tournaments, as our picture shows, were from left: Jim Croxton, CEO BIGGA: Geoff Webb, IOG Chief Executive; Bob Buckingham, CEO Bernhard and Co; and Andrew Mellon, Chairman BIGGA.

It was a fabulous day out at the now world renowned Ryder Cup venue with an opportunity for all involved to spend time looking at the way forward.
